UC-112 is a survivin and XIAP modulator that demonstrates anticancer activity. It works by selectively downregulating and degrading survivin through the ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation pathway. It also reduces XIAP levels in in vivo tumor models, activates caspase-3/7 and caspase-9, and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. This product is for research use only and not for patient use.
